Tech Tips for easier purchasing during the
opening week of ticket sales!

  • Make sure you can login to our website on the sales page. You can reset your password with the email address that we email you with.

  • Ticket sales links will go live at 10 AM. Refresh the sales page at 10 AM so that the links will be active.

  • Call us if you have any issues but please be aware that we will be taking orders on the phone and lines may be busy between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM on sale days.

  • Please call us the week before sales begin with any questions, rather than the morning of ticket sales. We don't want to miss your call!

Accessibility: Our venue is equipped with accessible seating, as well special devices to assist the hearing impaired. Click here for more ADA Information.

Parking: Free, lighted parking is available in the Hoover Library parking lot. Find an available space and enter through the main library lobby. Take the stairs or elevator on your right to level 1, the Theatre Level.

Dress Code: There is no specific dress code. Most of our patrons wear casual business attire, but you’ll often see people in jeans and that is just fine too! We want you to be comfortable while you sit back, relax and let us entertain you!

Arrival to performances: Our doors open 30 minutes prior to performance times. Most shows require that our ushers hold late arrivals in the lobby until a suitable pause in the program or until a song set has completed for applause. Our shows are at 7 pm, so we hope to see you shortly after 6:30 pm. We don’t want you (or your fellow, already-seated attendees) to miss a minute, so please don’t be late.

Performance length: Most concerts usually last 90 minutes and plays are typically 2.5 hours in length with an intermission.
